Our standards

Our standards

The rules we hold ourselves to, in plain language. If we fall short of any of this, tell us and we'll fix it.

Our promise

Clear pricing. Claims we can substantiate. Honest answers when something goes wrong.

That's the whole standard. Everything below is what it looks like in practice.

Pricing

Three plans. No revenue share, no per-order fees, on any of them.

In the Shopify App Store listing these appear as Free Shipping, Standard, and High-volume. A "coming soon" label next to any feature means it isn't built yet — we won't charge as if it were.

Eligible first-time paid subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. Some new merchants may see a limited introductory offer ($21.60/month for NoCut or $44.10/month for NoCut Pro for the first two billing cycles, then the regular price).

Billing, upgrades, and cancellation

Billing runs through Shopify every 30 days. Before you approve anything, Shopify shows you the exact trial, discount, renewal price, and charge timing.

What our numbers mean

When the dashboard reports upsell revenue, it means revenue attributed to accepted offers, reconciled against Shopify order updates. Refunds are reflected in the numbers.

Attributed revenue is not profit. Your margin depends on product costs, shipping, fees, and ad spend — our guide to calculating true profit walks through the math. Any savings example on this site is labeled as illustrative unless we say it's measured from real merchant data.

Support

The way to reach us is our support page. We reply to every message within 2 business days.

NoCut is built and supported by a small independent team. Support is written-only — no phone line — so there's always a record of what was said and promised.

Honest limitations

Reviews and feedback

We will never pay for, discount for, or otherwise incentivize an App Store review, and we will never condition support, refunds, or access on leaving or changing one. When we ask merchants for feedback, we ask everyone — not just the happy ones.
